Public Offer

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. By beginning to use the Platform, the user fully accepts all terms of this offer (acceptance).

2. Subject of the Offer

The Platform defines the procedure for providing the following services:

  • doctor's appointment;
  • telemedicine;
  • laboratory services;
  • diagnostic services;
  • pharmacy services;
  • medical data storage services.

3. Status of the Platform

MedOne AI is not a medical organization, diagnostic center, or pharmacy. MedOne AI is an information platform that connects users with licensed partners providing medical services.

Responsibility for the quality and legality of medical services lies with the licensed partners directly providing these services. The Platform, in turn, is responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the information service.

4. User Obligations

The user shall:

  • provide accurate information;
  • not unlawfully use the data of other persons;
  • not cause harm to the operation of the system;
  • comply with legislation.

5. Rights of the Platform

MedOne AI has the right to:

  • amend the rules;
  • block fake accounts;
  • restrict access for security reasons.

6. Liability

The Platform is not liable for the outcomes of medical services provided by third parties (partner clinics, doctors). The Platform provides information intermediation only.

7. Final Provisions

Amendments made to the offer take effect from the moment they are published on the Platform. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
