Payment Terms

1. Payment services

Users may pay for the following services through the Platform:

doctor's appointment;
telemedicine consultations;
laboratory tests;
diagnostic services;
medical packages;
subscription services;
other paid services on the Platform.

2. Payment methods

bank cards (UZCARD, HUMO, Visa, Mastercard and others);
electronic payment systems;
bank transfers;
other payment instruments permitted by law.

3. Bank card details

MedOne AI does not store the user's bank card details (card number, expiry date, CVV/CVC code) on its own servers. Card-related payments are processed by certified payment providers.

4. Processing of financial data

The user consents to the processing of the following data:

payment amount;
payment date and time;
transaction identifier;
payment status;
payment method;
technical data related to the payment.

This data is used for the purposes of confirming payments, maintaining settlements, preventing fraud and generating financial reports.

5. Refunds

Payments may be refunded in the following cases:

if the service was not provided;
if a technical error occurred;
in other cases provided for by law.

The refund period is determined depending on the type of service, the bank and the payment system. Refund requests are sent to info@medone.uz.

6. Security

MedOne AI and its payment partners use encryption technologies, secure communication protocols and anti-fraud monitoring systems to protect financial data.

7. Taxes and fees

Where provided for by law or by the rules of the payment provider, additional fees or taxes may apply to certain services. Such charges are shown to the user before the payment is confirmed.

8. Consent

By making a payment through the Platform, the user agrees to these terms and authorizes the transfer of the financial data necessary for processing transactions to the payment providers.
