AI Usage Terms

1. General Provisions

The Platform uses artificial intelligence (hereinafter — "AI") technologies in certain features. These Terms define the status of the AI system and the data it processes.

2. Status of the AI System

The User acknowledges and accepts the following:

  • the AI system is not a physician;
  • the AI system is not a medical organization;
  • the AI system does not provide medical care;
  • the AI system does not make diagnoses;
  • the AI system does not prescribe treatment;
  • the AI system does not write prescriptions;
  • the AI system does not provide a final medical conclusion.

The AI performs only the tasks of searching, filtering, and organizing information and directing the User to the relevant services. Information provided by the AI does not replace medical advice and cannot serve as a basis for self-treatment.

3. Data That May Be Processed by the AI

The User consents to the processing of the following data by AI systems:

  • texts entered by the User;
  • test results;
  • medical documents;
  • consultation data;
  • search queries;
  • platform usage data.

4. Processing Purposes

  • improving services;
  • speeding up search;
  • organizing data;
  • improving the user experience;
  • providing automated assistance.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

Certain AI features may operate with the help of third-party providers. In such cases, data is transferred in the necessary and minimal volume and is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
