How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the MedOne AI app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the “Profile” tab.
3. Open profile editing — the pencil button next to your name.
4. Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the screen and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. The path is the same in the MedOne AI and MedOne Doctor apps.

If you cannot access the app

Email a deletion request with your account phone number to info@medone.uz — we process it within the periods established by law.

What is deleted

• profile and personal data: name, date of birth, gender, documents, addresses, photo;
• the phone number is detached — signing in becomes impossible;
• all sessions and access tokens are revoked;
• consent to AI assistant data processing is withdrawn.

What stays and for how long

Appointment history, invoices and medical records — doctors’ conclusions, lab and diagnostic results, prescriptions — stay with the clinics: medical record-keeping requires it. They are retained for the periods established by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on medical documentation, then deleted or anonymised.
